I've been working on this little boy named Niels for some time now. I think it's high time for him to find a family.
Niels is a lively and tender boy. He's also very reflective and opened to others. He would be glad to open his heart to you.
Niels loves fashion, so he likes posing in his favorite stylish ensemble.
He won't quit his bow tie. He loves it so much! He says it's like girls with headbands or hairpins! He's really funny!
What about his sleeveless sweater. It make me smile to see him in this old fashioned top! It reminds me of the ones my mother used to knit to my brothers in the 70's! For Niels', I was inspired by a vintage crochet pattern. It's a chance I didn't choose to knit a turtle neck sweater! I hated that, and my mother had made one for my brother, and one for me! I must admit, this is on my to-do list! Niels was born during spring, and it's not quite the season to wear turtle necks! Hehehe!
I sewed lovely leather laced boots - beautiful real leather- to complete his outfit; and I'm planning to make a funny companion for Niels. Along with the underwear and the socks, he will also come with another set of clothes, baggy trousers, and a scarf.
All this will be shown on Monday. I'm hoping to be able to take beautiful outside pics if the weather allows me! I discovered a wonderful place not far from us, and I think it will be a right setting for a photo shoot.
This boy doll is very special to me. It's my first armatured doll. This means he can bend his arms; legs and have slight head tilts. He's also weighted thank to a little pouch into his belly.
Niels will be available on Tuesday, comment style, here on my blog. I'll add a time in the next blog post on Monday. If you have any questions to ask, please contact me here, or privately at firstname.lastname@example.org
See you on Monday,
